Spectrum Coconut Spray Oil is the same refined coconut oil that you know and love from Spectrum, now available in a convenient spray that lets you add just the right amount of oil to the pan. This naturally expeller pressed coconut oil has the scent of freshly cracked coconuts and a clean natural flavor. From Coconut Shrimp to a Malaysian Sauté to a Pineapple Upside Down Cake, this versatile oil is perfect for adding a hint of the tropics to many of your favorite dishes.


Directions

Different oils have different uses, and each performs best within a certain range of temperatures. This oil is best for sautéing or stir-frying over medium-high heat and is also ideal for baking.

 

Shake well before using. Hold can 6 to 12 inches from unheated cooking surface and spray until coated. Coconut Oil naturally solidifies in colder temperatures, and is best stored at room temperature. Do not refrigerate. If nozzle should become clogged, run under warm water to clear nozzle.
